We feature over 60 different varieties of all-natural handcrafted gourmet jerky and smokies (traditional sticks) all made in Ohio, with a wealth of flavors and variety of meats. Our gourmet jerky is FRESH and is as close to homemade as you are going to find out there with all natural ingredients. We use no bi-products or fillers (like the heart, liver etc...) from the animal that many of the convenient store, gas station and grocery store brands offer. The Jerky Guru only offers and uses hand cut and trimmed Top Round, Bottom Round and other choice cuts of meat.
